- Put oats in a saucepan.
Rinse until the water is not so cloudy anymore.
Don't pour away all the water. Depending on how much oats you want to cook, adjust water level 1/4 - 1/3 of the oats. - Put saucepan on the stove - medium to high heat.
- Stir until nearly all the water has evaporated.
- Add a teaspoon of coconut oil. Stir until desired consistency.
Watch your heat settings. If it's the consistency in step 3 is already very dry and pasty, take it from your stove.
