Morning Routine for More Energy!

  1. After waking up, drink 1/2 l of water. 
  2. Massage your stomach gently making circle motions. 
  3. Do some stretches and hold some planks. 
  4. Have something nutritious
  5. Pick out a comfortable outfit (Make a capsule wardrobe for an easier clothing choice).
  6. Start your day.
